Supervisors will gain a greater understanding of effective management principles and how they impact safety perceptions and actions throughout the company.The most successful S.T.A.R.T. practitioners revisit the program again and again to drive continuous safety culture improvement. The VideoThe video case study follows a company on the path to zero-incident performance, a journey that confronts typical roadblocks to safety excellence and reveals the stepping stones to true culture change. The 40-minute video is separated into five parts ranging from five to 11 minutes each.
