"Since 1991, every foreman at Matrix Service Inc. has been required to go through S.T.A.R.T. training and it has improved our company in measurable ways. As a S.T.A.R.T. course leader, I love to witness the light bulb moments when supervisors really get it. The culture change is instantaneous."
David Owen | Safety Director | Matrix Service Company
"In 2008 S.T.A.R.T. was rolled out as the foundation of our Wagner Safety Culture. Every year since we have seen a reduction in our TRIR and a decrease in severity of injuries. This year our company values were revised to include safety as one of the six values from which all decisions are made. S.T.A.R.T. was the foundation on which all this was built and it supports our motto 'Safety Begins With Me.'"
